Privacy
How your information is handled, both in the clinic and on this website.
Patient Privacy Notice
The Patient Privacy Notice explains how your personal information is managed from the point at which it is gathered onwards, and how that complies with the law. It covers the purposes your information is used for, including providing you with care and treatment and sharing it with other medical professionals, and the rights you have as a data subject: seeking access to your medical information, objecting to it being used in particular ways, and requesting that inaccurate information is corrected.
If you have a question about your information, please get in touch.
This website
This site is deliberately simple. It has no contact forms, no logins and no adverts, and it does not set cookies or use tracking or analytics. Nothing you type into the site’s search box leaves your browser: the search runs on your own device.
Two things do involve other companies:
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which records requests to the site, including IP addresses, in order to serve pages and protect against attacks.
- Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, and the video on the resources page is hosted by YouTube in its no-cookie mode. Loading these means your browser contacts Google’s servers.
To book an appointment or ask a question you contact us by telephone or email, and that correspondence is handled as described in the Patient Privacy Notice above.
